Product Return and Refund

Thanks for visiting our store Eventful Store! We hope that you are satisfied with your order, but if due to any reason you are not, we are glad to help.

RETURN 

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. If you are not beyond this time-frame and wish to return your order, please follow these steps to register your return:

Step 1: If the order received is not in a perfect condition, damaged or not matching the product as described on our website, you can contact us through email by explaining the problem and attaching images that must explicitly display the damaged point and/or reasons for not matching the product’s images and descriptions.

Step 2:  If your return is accepted, print and attach a free return label on it and go to the designated return point that will be communicated to you by our support officer.  

Step 3:  Wait for your refund.

DELIVERY DAY RETURN POLICY

Our return policy is based on the delivery day, not the purchase day, to ensure you have enough time to inspect your purchase. If an item is in transit beyond 15-day return policy period,  we will consider this and allow return(s) accordingly. 

 NOTE

We do not accept returned items that were sent back without notifying us first.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, with everything including tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Opening a box to check contents, size, fit, or color does not harm a return. However, products showing signs of use or missing packaging parts are not considered new.
  • Sometimes, we use direct shipment of orders from our manufacturing partners situated in China, in which case you must return the item to the location from where it was originally shipped.
  • You will not pay for return of a damaged, defective product, especially on your first order.
  • Our refund and return policy applies to all shipping countries across Europe listed in the Shipping Policy page.

RECEIVED DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEM?

Damaged or Faulty items must be reported within 24 Hours of delivery. Please inspect your order thoroughly upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can check back the issue and make it right.

In case of any question or issue, please contact our support team with the following info:

  • Order number
  • Photos or video of the received item
  • You require refund

Any order(s) with issues are subject to a return at no cost for a refund.

REFUNDS

We will inform you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
