The Eventful Store, the unique home decoration products seller is based in London, UK. This agreement is between the seller (us) and buyer (you) based on the conditions set forth below on this website. By agreeing to these terms of Service, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence, and you may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
A breach or violation of any of the terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

Section 2 – Product Type and Size Mismatch
Product size details are explained in text and pictorial forms for the customer’s better understanding. At Eventful Store, we sell exactly the size described in a product, however, there might be a small difference in received product size due mainly to the product’s manual manufacturing. There might be minor differences, regarding certain products, in color due to the fact that products on our website are pictured under special lighting and visual conditions, and we guarantee that the quality, color and other specifications will remain the same as displayed.
Section 3 – Writing Full and Correct Shipping Address
As to shipping address details, the incomplete and untrue information often results in packages to be transported to, or remain for longer in, a wrong address. In such cases, the website shouldn’t be held accountable for any misguided parcel due to the customer’s own omissions and mistakes.
Section 4 – Unexpected Delivery Obstacles
We provide tracking information to our customers’ right after placing an order. We deliver your package to your address within the given timeframe, unless an Act of God, Force Majeure, public holidays or any other unexpected technical or general factors causes delays along the shipping route. In such circumstances, our team works hard to keep customers updated via email and remove or reduce as many obstructive effects as possible.
Section 5 – User Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
Quality products, honest services, truthful content and customer satisfaction are among our core values and goals. If, due to any reason, a customer wishes to deliver a complaint to our team, we kindly request to submit it to our official email contact so that we’ll resolve it immediately through communication. If further actions are needed, we’ll take necessary actions. Submitting obscene and rude comments are deemed as inappropriate and against law.
Section 6– Pricing and Payments
We use Credit/Debit Card, PayPal and Apple Pay payment services. Your payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. All of our payment methods are secure and encrypted to protect your personal and financial information. We do not store your credit/debit card information on our servers.
Our factories’ are located abroad in countries where the low product manufacturing costs lead to cheaper prices for end users. Our prices only include excise tax in the country of origin, but, for the customer’s satisfaction, they don’t include any further tax and VAT imposed in importing countries like the UK, US or Canada. We have arranged standard shipping whose modest fee is not included in the sale price as well. Our products’ crossed regular prices mostly show prices from a combination of our brick-and-mortar stores, prices sold in some other countries or the market rate of our competitors.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.
We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.
You agree that from time to time we may remove some products or service or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.
You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk.
In no case shall eventfulstore.com, our officers, affiliates, agents, suppliers, service providers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind.
