Returns:
There is a 10-day return policy at Eventful. It means you have 10 days to request a return after receiving your item(s). If you request for return within this timeframe, please follow these steps to begin the process:
Step 1: Contact our customer care team at info@eventfulstore.com with your return request and express your intention and reason(s) for returning the product. You have to include pictures revealing the issues with the received item.
Step 2: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. See FAQs for more information.
Step 3: Return the item package to designated return address and share with us the tracking info so that we can monitor its progress. We will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
Reminder:
- We will not accept returned items sent back without informing us first.
- For successful return, your item must be in the same condition when you received it, with labels and tags, in its original packaging.
- You will be responsible for paying the return shipping cost unless there are more than two products or they are in total worth more than £20.

Damaged or Faulty Item:
You must report within 24 hours of delivery about any damaged or faulty product. Please check your order right after reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, faulty or if you item is different to what you ordered.
Please contact our Customer Support team with the following info:
- Photos or video of the received item
- Order number
- Expression of intention and reasons for returning the item in detail.
Refunds:
We will inform you as soon as we received and inspected your returned item, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If we approved it, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after the product is received by us. Please keep in mind that a refund can take some time due to bank or credit card processing.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
