  • We guarantee that all items shipped will be first-quality, non-defective and substantially the same as the example pictured.
  • To pack every single order, we use product boxes and other protection to guarantee safety through shipping process.
  • To offer more affordable prices and bypass the middleman, we occasionally ship certain products directly from our partner factories in Europe.
  • We use standard delivery services considering safety and low cost that we don’t apply to the product price, hence our products are free of shipping fee.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email from us with a link to track your order on our website. Typically, most orders are delivered within a transit period of 4-6 business days.

You can also get the latest status on your shipment by visiting our order tracking  page at any time.

The shipping time are calculated by using business days and delays maybe caused by force major, natural disasters, inclement weather, public holidays, and factors out of our control.

We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly email us at info@eventfulstore.com as soon as possible.

We occasionally ship goods directly from our partners’ factories in China.

CHANGES ON ORDERS

We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing your order at the above email address.
